Clerkenwell Films chose Take 1, now VITAC, to provide post-production scripts for the second series of the cutting-edge teenage drama, “The end of The F***ing World.” VITAC was recommended to the Clerkenwell production team by a contact at RED Production Company based on the post-production scripts they provided for the BBC One Drama “Years and Years.”

Recognized as one of the leading producers of scripted content in the UK, Clerkenwell Films produce critically acclaimed programs for both local and international distribution with credits including “Misfits” and “Lovesick.” Their first series of “The End of the F***ing World” has been praised for its writing, execution, and original subject matter, and was nominated for BAFTA and Primetime Emmy Awards.

Clerkenwell commissioned VITAC to provide post-production scripts including dialogue (voice-over and sync,) captions, credits, visual text events, descriptive markers, and timecodes for the highly anticipated second series of the dark comedy-drama. Post-production scripts (or as-broadcast scripts) are an essential part of any broadcaster or content distributors’ compliance and delivery requirements and can also act as the blueprint for localization and international distribution. VITAC completed the scripts within a week to deliver the completed project well ahead of its series premiere on Channel 4. All eight episodes were released on All 4 and internationally on Netflix.
