Small businesses know that sometimes you need a helping hand. For Hand in Hand Productions, a small video production company in Central Oregon, VITAC was able to fit that bill. Our latest customer spotlight shows how VITAC provided accessibility services for Hand in Hand Productions and their clients.

When several organizations began recording and live-streaming meetings and town hall-type events, small business owners like Matt Hand were able to step up to help their communities become more interconnected and informed by offering professional-grade live-streamed events and recordings. Ensuring the streams and recordings were captioned and accessible was, for Hand, a key component as well.

“To know that when someone says it, it comes out right on the screen, that’s critical,” says Hand.

You can find the whole story about how VITAC was able to help a small business ensure its videos were accessible here.
