We also offer a Dependent Care FSA that enables you to pay for nursery schools, summer day camps, licensed daycare, and other similar expenses
- Our Health Savings Account (HSA) is designed to be used with our High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and help you pay for qualified health care expenses like prescriptions, coinsurance, vision, dental, and more until you reach your deductible. Unlike other spending accounts, the money you contribute is yours and stays with you until you reach a zero balance
- One of the great benefits VITAC is able to offer our employees is a rich 401(k) plan. An even better benefit is our employer match! We offer immediate eligibility and vesting for all regular full-time and part-time employees. VITAC will add $1.00 to your account for every dollar of your eligible pay that you contribute to the plan, up to the first 3% of your pay, and $0.50 for every dollar on the next 2% that you contribute
