VITAC has enacted a policy to ensure the continuation of captioning services without disruption and to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

All VITAC employees have been advised of CDC recommendations for proper office and personal sanitation, are avoiding congregating in large groups, and refraining from unnecessary travel.

We will continue to closely monitor the coronavirus and follow guidance from the leading government and health authorities to ensure we are taking the right actions to protect our customers and employees.

Again, we do not foresee a negative impact on the reliability of VITAC’s captioning services and will keep you, our customers, posted.

** UPDATE **

Please be advised that as of March 17, 2020, VITAC will reinstitute our regular cancellation policy for all clients.

Please be sure that you immediately notify us of any program or event cancellations immediately in order to avoid any charges.
