VITAC Integrations has made it easier than ever to bring captions to your online meetings and conferences.

We offer extensive caption integrations for both live and offline captioning. From social media streaming and processing platforms to video management systems and workflows, VITAC Integrations provides a wide variety of client-specific processes and solutions – all just a quick phone call or mouse click away.

Photo of laptop, desktop, and tablet on a desk work stationAs the popularity of online video continues to grow (and shows no signs of slowing down soon), captioning that content goes a long way to ensuring that what you’re sharing is accessible and reaches its greatest audience.

A recent study found that 68% of consumers would rather learn about a product or service by way of video. And it’s predicted that by 2022, online videos will make up more than 82% of all consumer internet traffic — 15 times higher than it was in 2017.

VITAC’s conferencing and video streaming integration platforms include Cisco Webex, ON24, Digitell, Adobe Connect, and Zoom Video Communications.

Our realtime captioning integrations include Facebook LIVE, Twitch, YouTube Live, USTREAM, Wowza Streaming Engine, and Livestream, while our offline captioning integrations include custom workflows for Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Brightcove, Kaltura, Kollective, Panopto, and Signiant, among others.

And it’s easy and convenient to arrange for captions. You can integrate captions into your live content with just three simple steps:

● Provide us with an audio source. Our captioners can either dial-in to the audio using a toll-free number, or you can provide us with a link to your meeting or event.

● Let us know how you’d like the captions to be displayed. Clients can either provide us with the URL from your specific platform, or utilize our embedded player to integrate our caption window into any existing webpage via iframe. If your platform does not support any of the above, you also can visit our caption event page, which is mobile- and desktop-responsive, to enter your event ID and view captions directly.

● Share prep materials with us. Preparation materials help our captioners ensure that their dictionaries include the words that will be spoken during the meeting, event, or presentation. This includes proper names, places, and unique terms that may arise during the discussion.

And clients always can contact a member of our team and arrange for the services you need. We offer an easy, user-friendly turnaround, with many services available within hours of the request.

At VITAC, we pride ourselves on keeping up with the latest technologies, and we are always researching and testing new methods of incorporating captions. We offer a variety of accessibility services built around providing the highest quality captions and unrivaled customer support, and our network, facilities, and technical infrastructure and support undergo continuous upgrades and improvements to best serve our customers.
